Seventeen pregnant girls in Mass.

How did we get to the point in this country and world where 17 girls from the same school can get pregnant at the same time and no one is outraged?

Does anyone seriously believe that there was no pact as they are now saying, and the school tries to make us believe?

How can something like that now be encouraged by our media and society?

An appearance on a national morning TV show, condoning these actions, what is that all about?

Day care centers in the schools and passing out condoms at school,what did these officials think was going to happen?

These girls were giving each other high fives, they won’t be giving each other high fives a year from now when their hands are filled with a dirty diaper.

They were taking pregnancy test and disappointed when they weren’t pregnant.

One of them got pregnant by a homeless man.

You can blame the parents, the school, society, whatever and true the way things are today that all plays a  part, but the ultimate blame comes down to the individual.

Now I’m sure the rest of us , (the taxpayer) will get to pay for these so called mistakes.

Democrats, Party of Minorities?

After reconstruction,
white-elite Democrats wrestled for power until they regained it in
1877, partly through violent paramilitary tactics targeting freedmen
and allies to reduce their voting. From 1885 to 1889, the state
legislature passed statutes with provisions to reduce voting by blacks
and poor whites, which had threatened white Democratic power with a
populist coalition. As these groups were stripped from voter rolls,
white Democrats established power in a one-party state, as happened
across the South. In 1900 African Americans comprised 44% of the
state’s population, the same proportion as before the Civil War, but
they were effectively disfranchised. From 1877 to 1948, Florida voted
for the Democratic candidate for president in every election except for
the 1928 election.

In response to segregation, disfranchisement and agricultural
depression, many African Americans migrated from Florida to northern
cities in the Great Migration,
in waves from 1910-1940, and again starting in the later 1940s. They
moved for jobs, better education for their children and the chance to
vote and participate in society. Given migration of other groups into
Florida (as noted in other sections of this article), by 1960 the
proportion of African Americans in the state had declined to 18%.

From 1952 through 2004, despite having a majority of registered
Democrats, the state voted for the Republican presidential candidate in
every election except for the 1964, 1976, and 1996 elections. The first post-reconstruction Republican congressional representative was elected in 1954. The state’s first post-reconstruction Republican senator was elected in 1968, two years after the first post-reconstruction Republican governor.

After all this and the 2000 Florida elections when the Democrats had so many problems voting, (the only districts that were contested were Democratic districts), millions were spent educating voters on how to vote, The rest of the state had no problem!)
They tried to blame Republicans, they tried to keep the overseas military, (the very people who protect our Freedoms) from voting, the only reason being was that the military generally votes conservative.

The Civil Rights act of the mid 60s would have never been passed if it hadn’t been for Republicans, the southern Democrats would have never voted for it.
They continually play the race card, and the victim card, they want to keep as many people under their thumb and control as possible. People that are dependent on government for a paycheck are going to support whatever handout they are offered.

When you really do some research, one finds they don’t really look after minorities and the downtrodden, they just want to make victims of them, keep them dependent on the government. They do nothing to lift anyone up to make them self sufficient. The message they portray is one of negativity and dependence.

 Self sufficiency come from with-in, not some government agency.

Our Founding Father’s Thoughts!

I have often wondered what our founding
fathers would have thought about our obsession with political
correctness, when some think that God should never be mentioned in the
political arena.

The following article is reprinted from The Double Eagle:

(the founding fathers), left us with numerous warnings about what would
happen if we violated the principles that they had put in place. Our
forefathers admonished us to continue to seek God’s direction in the
affairs of our nation. They warned us that to do otherwise would bring
confusion, division, and doom our country.

Our founding fathers
believed that a constitutional government was inadequate to control an
immoral people. They warned that a nations morality was conditional on
its citizens acknowledging God and submitting to his principles. To do
otherwise would result in a divided nation that would experience a
deteriorating political prosperity , leading ultimately to the national
denial of God’s headship and authority. This final act would bring
God’s judgment on America and her people.

Consider the following warnings from our founding fathers:

Jefferson:” And can the liberties of a nation be thought secure when we
have removed their only firm basis, a conviction in the minds of the
people that these liberties are a gift from God? That they are not to
be violated but with his wrath? Indeed, I tremble for my country when I
reflect that God is just: that His justice cannot sleep forever.”

Washington: “And let us indulge with caution the supposition
that morality can be maintained without religion. Reason and experience
both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail to the
exclusion of religious principle.”

James Madison: ” We’ve staked
the whole future of American civilization not on the power of
government, far from it. We have staked the future.. upon the capacity
of each and all of us to govern ourselves,to control ourselves, to
sustain ourselves according to the Ten Commandants of God. The future
and success of America is not in this constitution, but in the laws of
God upon which this constitution is founded.”  

John Adams ” Our
constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is
wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Clearly, our
nation’s heritage is deeply rooted in religious principles. This was at
the core of our founding father’s beliefs. Our forefathers took God’s
Word seriously and they established a nation founded on biblical
principles that publicly acknowledge God’s headship and providential

The Purpose of this Blog

I have titled this blog “Uncommoncommonsense”, it seems that in today’s world, so much is done and said not only by politicians but by the rest of us as well, that makes no sense whatsoever. Things that would have been unheard of and outlandish just a few years ago, are now accepted as truth and normal.

People will say and do anything to get elected, make more money, or whatever else it is they want in life.

The truth didn’t change, peoples perception of it has, and I’m not sure why that has happened. I think we have forgotten what our parents and grandparents taught us. The things that made them successful. We have gotten so caught up in political correctness and being in the “in” crowd, that doing the “right thing” or the things that will lead to a happy and fulfilling life have been forgotten.

With that thought I have begun this blog, to share some thoughts on how we got to where we are, and how can we get the important things back in our life, I  know that change is in the works, and some change is good, however, it has to be change for the good, not change for the sake of change,we have to remember to not throw the baby out with the bath water!
