Your attitude can make or break almost any situation in your life. It affects not only your own life but the lives of everyone around you. Do people perk up when you enter a room, or do they sulk away in disgust and disappointment?
The energy you bring with you effects your whole life and the outcome of every endeavor you may attempt. You can have a positive outlook about your life, or a negative view, the choice is yours. Even in the most dire circumstances, and we all have them, a positive outlook is of the utmost importance. There is a lot of truth in the old saying,”When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” You gotta keep your head down and your chin up until the situation improves.
We continually draw to us the events and circumstances that affect our lives. Whether it is a so called positive event , or negative, we have brought it into our lives because of our attitude and expectations. When we expect negative things to occur, the universe is more than obliged to accommodate our desires. Only by having a positive attitude and expecting good things to happen, will we break the cycle and enter into a more positive environment .
It doesn’t always happen overnight, you didn’t get into this situation overnight, getting out of it will probably take a little time and effort. Our higher selves and the universe sometimes need a little time to be convinced of our intentions.
You can change your life by changing your attitude. When you change your attitude , you will notice you are attracting more positive thinking, nourishing people into your inner circle. By spending time with positive thinking , spiritually evolved people you will build a network of people with a high energy level and thus increase your own level of happiness and prosperity.
In the process, remove and weed out everyone and everything that prohibits you from becoming who you want to be. Just remember, “Birds of a feather, flock together.” If you are in the wrong flock, it is time to find new nesting grounds. You accomplish nothing by remaining, you’re not doing yourself or anyone else any favors.
Remember, life is a learning experience, not only for yourself, but also for those around you, by caving into someone else’s ideas and desires, you not only inhibit your soul growth, but also the growth of everyone around you.
Have compassion for those around you, but don’t take care of them, by condoning bad behavior, you are allowing them to have control over you. Let them be whoever they want, and go on your way, this is the greatest lesson you can give them.
If they aren’t living life as they want , or to it’s highest potential, deep ,deep down, they know, sooner or later it will sink in and they will begin to change.
